Introduction

AOS Serv Ltd., established in 1998, initially focused on Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and software implementation. The company aimed to provide innovative end-to-end accountancy solutions for small businesses in the UK, marking a transformative departure from traditional Chartered Accountancy services. A $9 million investment from Mercury Asset Management (now Hg Capital) enabled rapid growth, positioning AOS as a leading Accountancy Outsourcing provider in the UK.

Today, AOS, an ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 27001:2013 certified company, employs over 550 technical and support staff, with a commitment to revolutionizing software solutions across various sectors. Key projects include the Land Records Management Information System (LRMIS) in Pakistan, transforming land records management, and Ascot Drummond’s accountancy solutions for small businesses.
